Here's something you don't see every day... ... a publishing company that is actually recruiting UNPUBLISHED authors! The chance of getting your work published by a traditional "big" publishing house is almost ZERO unless you have the following going for you: 1) You are already a published author with at least one successful title, or 2) You are famous, or 3) Both. "But what about literary agents? Aren't they supposed to get new authors a publishing contract?"
